Baker's Bourbon, a member of the Jim Beam Small Batch bourbons, is transitioning to a Single Barrel variant and celebrating this shift with a special limited edition 13-year Bourbon. This particular bourbon pays homage to Baker Beam, the grand-nephew of Jim Beam and a sixth-generation distiller who dedicated 38 years to the family's distillery before retiring. Originally conceived in 1992 by Baker's cousin Booker Noe, who was the Master Distiller at the time, it became an integral part of the Jim Beam Small Batch collection.
